Sophie joined Spectrum in 2026 as a Recruiting Associate. She supports the team’s growth through advanced research and reporting. She brings 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator at BambooHR, an HR software company known for a strong people culture that nourishes growth and a work ethic that pushes its employees to grow right along with it.
At BambooHR, Sophie played a direct role in building that culture, helping hire hundreds of candidates across the sales, marketing, and general and administrative departments. Her responsibilities spanned application reviews, backend operations, scheduling, candidate communications, reporting, and sourcing, giving her a well-rounded, end-to-end view of the recruiting process.
Prior to BambooHR, Sophie worked at CCMC, a nationwide HOA management company, in Utah County. There, she delivered a white-glove experience to homeowners while maintaining strong documentation and reporting for the board, and also assisted with compliance and community events, experience that sharpened her client-service instincts.
Sophie, a native of Orange County, California, moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University, where she studied Communication Sciences and Disorders. She remains based in Utah, where she lives with her husband in Orem. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, cooking new cuisines, and taking mountain drives, as well as exploring her creative side through crochet and oil painting.
